I could not be happier with the work that Mpact Roofing did for us. Before contacting Mpact I got some outrageous quotes for my roof. Mpact gave a fair quote and did outstanding work with the insurance company and the work done. They were on top of everything and were very responsive. This is a good company and I would recommend them to nyone.

Mpact replaced our roof on our house after hail damage. They worked with me through some my concerns and made sure I was happy. Finished product looks great and they made some improvements to our roof ventilation that are fantastic. Would definitely recommend.

The Estimate/contract was CLEARLY indicating an itemized list of works to be done, along with 3 different price quotes(Basic, Better & Best), and the informational package of the roofing materials correlating to each quote, AND the companys Certificate of Liability Insurance. The installation team is professional & punctual. I highly recommend this roofing company-MPact Roofing. Btw, they are certified as GAF Master Elite Contractor.

My neighbors had MPact Roofing reshingle their house, and I was impressed with the final look, as well as the speed and cleanup. I also noticed that they had a ridge vent installed, and that looked like a good idea to me. I needed to new shingles as well, so I chose MPact to do the work. The work that MPact did was professional and it went smoothly from beginning to end. They were attentive to detail, worked close to dark to get everything done in one day, and left everything clean. I also had them install a ridge vent, which hopefully will keep my attic a little cooler during the summer months. And, MPact has good quality shingle brands to choose from. I chose shingles that have a high impact rating because hail is probably the main threat around here. The roof looks great now!

Mpact roofing replaced our roof after hail damage and made the process so easy! They clearly use quality products and did a quality job. Insurance can be daunting but they even guided us through that. They arent a throw on a roof and leave operation. You get what you pay for! And I love supporting a family owned business that has great customer service.

Great people. I started having a roof leak on my 5 year old house. Mpact found that the builder had installed a vent incorrectly. They sent me pictures and explained what was wrong. I was given the option of repairing the old vent or replacing it. I chose to have the vent replaced. The price was very reasonable. I also had them caulk all the vents while they were on the roof. The caulk was cracked on every vent. The service was quick. There was no problems or drama. I never felt any pressure. I will definitely call Mpact when this roof wears out.

We had to go through the daunting task of filing a claim through our insurance. Cody was a great help with answering all of our questions and put us at ease with the entire process. There was a bit of a hiccup on scheduling but Stormy went out of her way to call us back once she had an update and resolved the issue. Very happy with the work done both inside and outside of our house. Our roof looks great and we cant even tell where the drywall repairs were done. We would definitely recommend to friends and family.

All work was done in a timely manner , and the the roof crew had to work through a couple of very hot days to get the job completed. They all worked very hard , and did a great job on the roof as well as with the cleanup. Hopefully they will be paid well for all their hard work.

We had a huge hail storm in 2021 that necessitated a full roof replacement. We received a neighborhood referral for Doug at MPACT Roofing who walked us through the entire process. We had some snags and delays with our insurance company and Doug and MPACR roofing were consummate professionals throughout the entire process. Very happy with the work and service. Got a roof replacement done because of recent hail damage. Prompt friendly service. Doug worked on the quote with me, great guy, worked out everything as per my needs and insurance quoted amount. The does not push for unnecessary upgrades and is honest about their pricing. Discussed the exact work to be done and did not charge for some items that they did not perform, which the insurance paid for. Will update the review in a few more days if I see any issues.

Cody and team are very friendly and knowledgeable. Cody came over to do an estimate on roof patching and while over, did a temporary patch on my roof free of charge! (really thankful for it given the hail I got later that evening)
