I had an excellent experience with this roofing company. They answered my call on Friday afternoon of Memorial Day weekend, which was impressive in itself since no one else that I called at that time even answered the phone. They quickly provided a reasonable and fair estimate, and they were able to schedule my roof repair for the following week.The representative who came to my home was both knowledgeable and personable. He took the time to explain the issue, answer my questions, and make sure I understood the repair process. He even used a drone to assess the overall condition of the roof. The work was completed professionally and to a very high standard.I am extremely satisfied with the service, communication, and quality of the repair. I would not hesitate to use this company again and would highly recommend them to anyone in need of roofing services.

Had issues with my roof a while ago with shingles that blew off because of the high winds. They came and fixed it right for a very reasonable price. Highly recommend!

I had some roof damage from a windstorm. I had a few quotes and MPact Roofing came back with a price to repair and a warranty. Repair was done in a timely manner at a reasonable price. I recommend and I will use them again in the future.

Mpact got a tech out the next day to give us an estimate. It was $200 less than a competitor. They came the next day to repair, before expected rain. Thanks for prompt, efficient & courteous service!

Bryan and Brandon were both amazing to work with on my new roof and fence. They were patient when selecting the exact right type and color. They made sure to answer all my questions and concerns and checked in daily through the install.Louise was amazing day to day on site. He and his install team were so considerate and kept a super clean site. They were quiet and hardworking and finished the work incredibly fast. I was blown away with how amazing the process was. I’ve used Mpact roofing for a couple of different smaller roof jobs around my house, after the last round of hail damage I called Mpact, I worked with Doug Bennefield and honestly he’s the main reason I hired Mpact roofing to replace my roof. He has exceptional communication skills and when you are getting a 20k+ roof you want the best service. He answered every question with care and gave really precise answers to help me understand the scope of the work. He didn’t push relentlessly on the upgrades that were available, but explained things really well and I did order the ethic breeze to remove the hot air out of the attic in the summer. The crew that came out to do the work were fantastic, the roof is perfect, the cleanup was exceptional, every single nail and shard of the old roof taken away, this crew worked tirelessly for the time they were here. The office staff is also wonderful, Stormy handled all of the billing and did a very good job explaining what I would owe, we were able to get supplemental work Completed and with their software and team, it was submitted to my insurance company, and everything was taken care of with the exception of my deductible and the upgrade. I cannot recommend Doug from Mpact roofing enough or the Mpact team for the incredible work they do
