How long has Mpact Roofing been in business?
Mpact Roofing is a family-owned roofing company. We started in 2019. The office is at 1011 S. Heatherwilde Blvd Ste 320, Pflugerville TX 78660. We take jobs across Greater Austin from that shop. Call (512) 535-2053.
What makes Mpact different from other Austin-area roofers?
We are a GAF Master Elite contractor, GAF Roof Coatings Pro-Certified, an IKO RoofPro contractor, and FORTIFIED-Certified. That is not a sticker we bought. It is how we register the manufacturer warranties on qualifying jobs. Storm jobs are documented for the full scope, not just the easy hole. We will not invent a price on the website. Do you offer GAF warranties?
On qualifying GAF shingle systems we can register Golden Pledge, Silver Pledge, or System Plus. Which one you get depends on the system and the roof, not on a webpage. On qualifying GAF liquid-applied coating systems we can register a Liquid-Applied Emerald Pledge limited warranty (10, 15, or 20 years). We do not claim Diamond Pledge. We do not claim CoatingsPRO+. Do you do residential and commercial?
Yes. Residential repair, replacement, and installation (asphalt, metal, and other systems we already offer). Commercial work includes coatings, TPO, metal, and repairs. If the deck is still sound, a GAF liquid-applied coating can be the right commercial call instead of a tear-off. If it is not, we will say so. See Residential Roofing and Commercial Roofing.
Do you install metal roofs?
Yes. Metal is a regular install and repair for us in Greater Austin, not a side note. We look at the building, the pitch, and the existing roof before we pick a system. We do not publish metal prices. Call (512) 535-2053 or use Request a Quote.
What cities do you serve?
The office is in Pflugerville. Crews run Greater Austin from there, including Austin, Round Rock, Leander, Cedar Park, Hutto, Georgetown, Wells Branch, Taylor, and nearby cities. We do not have a separate Austin storefront. See Serving Area, Pflugerville, Round Rock, and Austin.
Can you help with an insurance roof claim?
Yes. Storm claims get shorted when the report only shows the obvious hole. We inspect for storm-related damage across the field, flashing, vents, pipe jacks, drip edge, and anything else the storm actually hit. We document with photos and, when it helps, a drone. If a storm may have hit the roof, report it to your insurance carrier. Policies can have notice timelines, and waiting can risk coverage. We walk the findings with you and the adjuster. We do not promise a carrier will approve a claim. We do not publish dollar amounts. See Insurance Claim Help and Roof Inspections.
Do you inspect for hail?
Yes. Hail around here often shows up as bruises, not a missing shingle. You can have hail damage and not need a new roof. The key is quantifying how much of the roof is hit. We inspect and document that instead of guessing from the driveway. Wind-lifted shingles can be repaired. Hail bruises are not a patch job. The count is what tells you if it is a replacement.
Do you coat commercial roofs?
A lot of commercial roofs in Greater Austin, metal and flat especially, do not need a tear-off yet. Mpact is GAF Roof Coatings Pro-Certified. On qualifying GAF systems that can carry Liquid-Applied Emerald Pledge (10, 15, or 20 years). We will not coat a roof that needs replacement. We do not publish coating prices. See Roof Coatings.
Do you install Attic Breeze solar attic vents?
Yes. Mpact is a certified Attic Breeze installer. The unit we typically set is the 35-watt UltraBreeze (AB-3523A). We do not treat the 25-watt as our standard. AeroBreeze is Attic Breeze’s newer 2026 low-profile line. We can install it when the roof calls for it. We look at the attic, the roof, and the sun exposure before we pick a count or a color. Is Mpact Roofing FORTIFIED-Certified?
Yes. Mpact Roofing is FORTIFIED-Certified. That certification is about building roofs to a higher wind and weather standard so homes hold up better in Central Texas storms. We still inspect each roof before we recommend a repair or replacement. Call the office at (512) 535-2053.
