Mpact Roofing is a licensed residential and commercial roofing contractor serving Pflugerville, Round Rock, and the Greater Austin area of Texas. We provide roofing installation, repair, replacement, inspection, and related services to homeowners, commercial property owners, and property managers.

All written estimates provided by Mpact Roofing are valid for 30 days from the date of issuance unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change due to material cost fluctuations, changes in project scope, or conditions discovered during the work that were not apparent at the time of estimate.

Warranties

Mpact Roofing provides a 10-year craftsmanship warranty on qualifying installations. Manufacturer product warranties are separate and provided directly by the manufacturer (e.g., GAF, IKO). Warranty terms are outlined in your written service agreement. Warranties may be voided by improper maintenance, unauthorized modifications, or damage caused by events outside our control, including but not limited to severe weather, acts of God, or third-party work performed after our installation.

Insurance claims

Mpact Roofing may assist you in documenting damage and communicating with your insurance carrier. However, we make no guarantee regarding insurance claim outcomes, approval amounts, or timelines. Final claim decisions are made solely by your insurance provider. We are not licensed insurance adjusters and our assistance does not constitute insurance advice.

Licensing and compliance

Mpact Roofing operates in accordance with applicable Texas state contractor licensing requirements and local building codes. Where required, we will obtain necessary permits on your behalf as part of the agreed scope of work.

5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
